Harold’s journey through life was marked by dedication, service, and a deep love for his family, leaving an indelible mark on those who were fortunate enough to know him. Harold was born in Altus, Oklahoma, on November 25, 1965, to his loving mother, Hortencia Flores. He spent his formative years in Altus, where he graduated with the Class of 1984, embarking on a journey of service and commitment to his country. After high school, Harold honorably served in the US Army National Guard for four years, demonstrating his unwavering dedication to protecting and serving his nation. Throughout his life, Harold was a hardworking individual who dedicated many years to serving the Altus community as a sales associate at Walmart. His warm smile and friendly demeanor endeared him to customers and colleagues alike. Beyond his work, Harold found solace and purpose in his faith, being an active and cherished member of Freedom Church, where he found strength and community. Harold’s passions extended beyond the everyday, as he was an avid fan of WWE, TCU football, and the San Francisco 49ers. He relished in the excitement of sports, celebrating victories and commiserating in defeats with fellow fans. However, his most cherished moments were undoubtedly the times spent with his family, where love and laughter filled their lives. As we come together to mourn the loss of Harold Flores, we also remember those who preceded him in death: his stepfather, Felipe Rivera, and his beloved grandson, Emanuel Sanchez. Our hearts go out to their families as well, for the pain of loss is shared by us all. Harold’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved and cherished him.
