She was born on June 19th, 1940 in DeKalb County, Georgia to her parents, Joseph and Genevieve (Smith) Shoudel. Her grandparents are also named Joseph and Genevieve (Smith). She was the first kid they had together. She received her high school graduation from Ashley High School in the year 1958. She attended that institution. Juliana Maxwell and Fred Maxwell were united in marriage at St. Michael the Archangel Parish in Waterloo, Iowa, on April 23, 1966. The ceremony took place in the presence of the couple’s relatives and friends. She passed away on December 18, 2005, but he had already passed away before she did. He passed away before she did. She made the decision in 1968 to devote all of her time and energy to her family, and as a result, she resigned from her employment at the Rieke Corporation in Auburn. She worked there up until that year, when she decided to leave.
