Terri’s journey began on February 20, 1961, in Erie, as the daughter of Robert Quinn and the late Ruth Clontz Quinn. Terri and her husband shared a vibrant life as the proud owners and operators of Frog Pond Restaurant and Beach, creating cherished memories and building a legacy together. She embraced the role of homemaker with enthusiasm and relish, finding joy in simple pleasures like camping trips, spending quality time with her family, engaging with patrons, and the biennial ritual of Florida vacations. Her spiritual home was found at the North Harbor Baptist Church in Harborcreek, PA, where her faith provided her with strength and solace. Terri’s resilience and spirit shone even in the face of adversity when she was diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer in July 2023. Terri’s memory will forever remain a beacon of love and light. She is survived by her devoted husband, Donald W. Ellison, III, who shared in her journey; her four children, Jason R. Quinn (Shelby Quinn), Steven J. Ellison (Maritza Rivera), Daniel S. Ellison (Erik Perrino), and Rachael L. Ellison; her sisters, Susan Quinn, Debra Wilsdon, and Barbara Quinn-Morales; her brothers, Robert Quinn, Thomas Quinn, Richard Quinn. Michael Quinn, and Patrick Quinn; her eight grandchildren, Issaiah and Jasmine Quinn, Piper Lindy, Dacarra and Mykaila Johnson, and Eli, Brooke, and Olivia Ellison; and her two great-grandchildren, Journee and Elliana. She was preceded in death by her brother, Joseph Quinn. Terri’s impact on the lives she touched, whether family, friends, or patrons, cannot be measured. Her laughter, love, and resilience will echo through the memories of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
